Offensive Shafts Heads

What To Look For in an offensive shaft Shafts are best chosen with 3 things in mind; Weight, Strength, and Grip. Different players and styles will value one of these characteristics more then others. Top players demand all three. A general guide for shafts is as you go up in strength and down in weight, you will go up in price. Advanced -

Intermediate -

Beginner -

Advanced players typically go with a shaft that is lightweight and strong with a smooth finish. Those advanced players who have had shafts break usually prioritize strength over weight and go with a heavier but more durable Titanium shaft.

Intermediate players typically go with a shaft that falls in the middle of the price range for shafts. Intermediate players often like handles that are lightweight and they can sacrifice shaft strength because they are not putting as much force on the shaft.

Beginner players typically go with a shaft that falls in the lower end of the price range for shafts. For the most part that are no concerned with how durable a shaft is. They prioritize grip, or design over the weight and strength. With that being said most beginner shafts are lighter and stronger than the basic aluminum handles that come on starter sticks.
