Kci Conference Band
Lawson had 35 students, including 19 high school and 16 middle school students, who were selected to participate in the KCI Conference Band. This honor group consists of some of the best musicians the KCI Conference schools have to offer.

These Lanidrac yearbook staff members earned two Best of Show awards, three All-Missouri awards, six Superiors, three Excellents and one Honorable Mention at the MIJA Scholastic Journalism Day (the state competition) on Wednesday, March 29.

Worlds Of Fun Festival Of Music
The 7th and 8th grade band students have been invited to perform at the Worlds of Fun Festival of Music on May 19. These students will perform prepared concert music for a panel of expert judges. Best of luck to these awesome students!
