These gorgeous bread wreaths do double duty: They’re warm pull-apart rolls for guests to enjoy and an attractive centrepiece to anchor the table.
This makes a great holiday brunch dish and can be prepared the night before: Refrigerate the dough after the first rise; complete in the morning.

Line a rimless baking sheet with parchment paper. Before the second rise, arrange the dough balls in a tree shape instead of a wreath and continue with the recipe.
