Spaghetti and Tomatoes

Cook time: 30 minutes

Serves 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children

INGREDIENTS

• 16 oz. can of stewed tomatoes

• Angel hair pasta

• Extra sharp cheddar (grated)

Instructions

1. Boil as instructed on the box of pasta.

2. Open the can of tomatoes and heat in a small saucepan.

3. Once water boils, add pasta and monitor for al dente texture (approximately 5 minutes).

Drain and rinse pasta and toss with olive oil.

4. Grate cheese in a small bowl.

5. Serve in bowls with the stewed tomatoes on top of the pasta and the cheese on top.
