The Grounds Team at work Blacktown International Sportspark Sydney (BISP) is the self-proclaimed sporting capital of Western Sydney. Owned by Blacktown City Council and managed by Blacktown Venue Management Ltd, Blacktown International Sportspark Sydney has continued to grow its reputation as an elite and all-inclusive multi-sport and community venue. The venue was purpose-built for the Sydney 2000 Olympics under its original name -
Baseball Diamonds from the air Blacktown Olympic Park. The park played host to athletics, baseball and softball for the games and over the past 21 years has continued to be a home for all 3 sports. Since 2004, the park has undergone a transformation and welcomed AFL, cricket, football and elite sports coaching to the family. To reflect its broader appeal the park changed its name to Blacktown International Sportspark Sydney (BISP) in 2011. professional goalkeeping development and softball. The 60-hectare site offers an extensive array of perfectly manicured single and multi-use sports fields which are maintained year-round. The team at BISP is led by Kevin Jones, CEO Blacktown Venue Management. With a highly skilled team of supporting management and marketing it is the highquality of the sports fields that keeps sports coming back for more.
