OVERVIEW . AIESEC Career Day 2012 is the biggest event of AIESEC Danang. As Mr. Martin Sullivan, a CEO AIG says: “Human Resources are the most important property of enterprises”. The investment in education to enhance the quality of future Human Resources has been attracted a lot of attention from Vietnam community in general and many international and local organizations in particular. We -AIESEC Vietnam in Danang – are aware of our vision as responsible citizens of Vietnam and our accountability is to make positive contribution to society and talented students’ development, which leads us to organize “AIESEC Career Day 2012” ( ACD 2012) . This event is aim at connecting directly and contributively among quality of Danang Universities’ students and top companies in Da Nang city who strongly show concern about social responsibility in youth development, employer branding of your own professional working environment and talent accessing. Through the"AIESEC Career Day 2012", participants had the opportunities to interact with more than 10 leading companies in Da Nang like eSilicon, HAGL, DINCO, ELCA,Vina Capital... This thus allow them to enhance and improve their experience, knowledge; orientate their future career and acquire valuable business lessons. In addition, they could visit the companies’ booths, interact directly, listen to these companies’ information, working environment, or get feedback on their performance in Mock Interview session. This was also an opportunity for students to interact with business leaders, experts in each sector; made friends with students from many different university through communication and expandtheir network.

CV CONTEST 16/10 – 4/11 CV Contest isa competition that enablesjuniors, seniors and newly graduated students to enhance their ability in writing CV and become more confident when applying for a job. In addition, students who have excellent CVs were also rewarded by the Sponsors.
