Lindo Mexico Employees Celebrate a Year of Exceptional Service Every employer knows that a hardworking team is the pride of any establishment. Owner Gricelda Mata of Lindo Mexico knows this full well; every year the team throws a celebration which includes dinner, games, and recognition of the exceptional members that make it a success. The Lindo Recognition party of 2018 year included a present exchange and the annual giving of awards. The following employees were nominated for titles of exceptional work: Maria Ramirez, Best Customer Service Leonel Corea, Best Team Player Guadalupe Valdez, Best Initiative Gisela Tapia, Best Attitude Mayra Bartolo & Erika Salinas , Best Attendance Guadalupe Valdez , Best Initiative Efrain Martinez & Graciano Hernandez , Most Productive
Employees continued the night by congratulating each other for their accomplishments and reflecting over the year. Members went on to receive the spotlight for achievements including Best Presentation (Awarded to Griselda Casanova), Most Improved (Awarded to Beatriz Ezparza), and other acknowledgements for jobs well done. “The decision was very hard because we had an amazing team,” said Lindo’s Management about the awards. “So we had to get very picky in order to pick one [employee] over another.” “I wanted to do something to recognize the Lindo Rock stars’ effort[s] and let them experience what it is like to be recognized for a talent they possess and are good at.” said Mata, “I loved seeing the smiles in their faces; that is priceless and inspires me and them to continue growing together.” As the employees have grown into rock stars in their own right, so has Lindo Mexico grown into a rock star of restaurants. Lindo Mexico has had the honor of reaching its 18th birthday with help from a well deserving staff.
