Team work Rather than studying a case in the classroom, GCL participants are assigned to groups which represent different telecommunications companies. Groups must research and produce their own information in real time, and after a week of courses, negotiations and other activities, they must compete to see which company develops the best strategy going forward. This is only one of the many times they must work in teams throughout the program.

Team Building One of the most important components of the GCL Program is the regional network which links our graduates beyond Georgetown. This year, with the help of GCL alumni Alma Ramirez and Pavel Lau from Mexico, we continued the tradition of “Team Building Day in which all participants got to know each other better, build trust and make personal commitments to the GCL network.
