Shores of Naples Association Rules Highlights

LEASING:

Leasing is prohibited.

OCCUPANCY:

Each unit is restricted to residential single family use. In absence of the owner, immediate family may occupy the unit no more than 60 days in a calendar year, and guests that are not immediate family may occupy the unit no more than 14 days per year limited to twice per year.

PETS:

Pets are prohibited.

PARKING:

Trailers, campers, boats, and boat trailers are not permitted. Small boats and their trailers may be stored in spaces under certain villas. The Board manages the assignment of carports.

POOL:

Pool Hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the pool area or pool without an adult present. No glass containers are permitted in the pool/beach area. All cell phones need to be silence in pool and deck areas.

GRILL:

Grilling is only allowed on the two outdoor gas grills that are along the walkway just west of the pool. Please cleanup the grill after each use.

PARKING:

Use is limited to normal size passenger carrying vehicles, including minivans, and station wagons but excluding vans, trucks, boat trailers, etc. Temporary exceptions may be permitted with Board approval.

SMOKING:

Smoking is prohibited in all common areas.

About Larry

For more than 30 years, I have been passionate about selling and marketing real estate.
