The aim of the Special Purpose Award in Warehouse Operations is to enable the learner acquire the knowledge, skill and competence to operate effectively and safely as an operative in a warehousing and or logistic environment under direction. Why should I apply for this course? Participants will be trained in the basics of Warehouse Operations. Skills include Forklift and Powered Pallet truck operation as well as the day to day theory and administration associated with a busy Logistics operation. Typical roles achievable upon completion of this course include Goods Inwards clerk, Dispatcher, Inventory Controller, Order Picker / Selector, Forklift Driver, Packer, Warehouse Operative.
