1. Open a new email message.

2. On the Message menu, select Signature > Signatures...

3. Under Select signature to edit, choose New, and in the New Signature dialog box, type a name for the signature.

4. Under Edit signature, Copy and paste the signature below and edit your contact, job title, phone numbers, and extension.

Branding demands commitment; commitment to continual re-invention; striking chords with people to stir their emotions; and commitment to imagination. It is easy to be cynical about such things, much harder to be successful.

TYPOGRAPHY

The Eurostyle type family is the approved Lanz Cabinets brand font. Preferred color usage is Black, Pantone 3025C, Pantone Warm Gray 11 C on a white or light background. White text on a dark background.

When using a lot of text or small disclaimer text, Droid Sans is the preferred font.

• Use hyphenations for soft-close, full-extension, double-walled, etc. when modifying a noun

• Use " for inch and ' for foot, not “ and ’

• Use quotations, not foot and inch marks for quotations and apostrophes.

• Use fractions in font, ¾" instead of 3/4" no space between mark and number

• Use italics sparingly.

• Spell out degree when possible instead of the symbol °

• Do not start a sentence with a symbol. Percent (not %)

• Paragraphs are always flush left unless small special uses in design by the marketing department. Do not hyphenate or justify paragraphs.

• Use the Oxford (serial) comma... this, and that

• No spaces around em and en-dashes. ie. no space—between em dashes
