Cooking for Seniors
Tired of cooking the same meals every day? This program provides you with fun recipes to help switch it up. Sweet Potato Corncakes, Crunchy Chicken, and Stuffed Avocados are just a few of the delicious recipes for you to look forward to having. Recipes may include common food allergies such as nuts, dairy, and wheat. Age 62 & Up

Join us for free seminars conducted by Age Options to educate older adults, caregivers, and general audiences about protecting, detecting and reporting Medicare fraud. This four-part series will focus on the following topics: February 15: SMP basics- This workshop prepares the audience for the workshops to follow, covering (who we are, our mission, and highlighting basic Medicare Fraud). March 15: How to read your MSN- This workshop covers in-depth Medicare fraud detection and example (interactive). April 19: Types of Fraud - This workshop zooms into fraud schemes ranging from Home Health Fraud to Genetic testing scams. May 17: Tips to prevent Medicare fraud- This workshop covers the “must-know” to prevent fraud and what to look out for to detect several fraud schemes.
