Senior Ping Pong Do you play Ping-Pong? If you’re a senior looking for ways to stay physically and mentally active, it might be the right game for you. Ping-Pong is a lively game, yet it’s playable at the pace the competitors choose. In other words, because there are so many ways to benefit from the game, it’s not necessary to go full-tilt to enjoy it. Meet friends and have fun! Age 62 & Up

Seniors Senior Bingo

Join the Eisenhower Seniors as they gather for bingo Aqua Arthritis This class is a warm-water exercise program especially designed for those with arthritis and related conditions. Range-of-motion, strengthening and some aerobic exercise will be offered. This type of exercise can decrease pain and stiffness, while providing an enjoyable and safe workout. Class Requirements: Aqua Shoes (not Aqua Socks) Ages 13 & Up every Monday & Friday. This is a drop-in program that will fit perfectly with your schedule. Various types of bingo will be played. ZOOOMERS- the benefits of membership!!

Staying connected, staying active, staying safe and staying healthy are all important goals for today’s seniors. Park Districts play an important part in helping seniors achieve these goals by offering a wide variety of activities suited just for seniors that enable them to have fun, get fit, learn something new and socialize with their neighbors and peers. ZOOOMERS is an exciting program for seniors 62 years and up. Check it out - you deserve a little fun! Each programming season the park district will plan a multitude of activities for ZOOOMERSmembers. ZOOOMERS membership is just $15.00 per season (three seasons per year - summer, fall and winter/spring). ZOOOMERSwill receive a monthly calendar of events - most events will be FREE with your membership! Enjoy craft days, special events, fitness programs, swimming, dance classes, athletics and more. Trips will usually require an additional fee of just $5.00. In order to keep our seniors as safe as possible, the ZOOOMERS program is temporarily suspended. We hope to see our ZOOOMERS program back soon.Come out for programs and events that appeal to you or come out every day. Transportation may be available.
