Aqua Body Sculpting

Known as the Zumba® “pool party,” this program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. This class adds total body sculpting using foam dumbbells, noodles, bands and more. With the same great class of splashing, stretching, twisting, even First Aid Learn first aid skills, such as determining unconsciousness, treating cuts, scrapes, and burns, controlling bleeding, treating injuries to bones, muscles, and joints, and preventing and caring for sudden illness, including heat and cold emergencies. Ages 11 & Up shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class.
