Staying Safe In order to keep our participants safe while enjoying programs, class sizes will be reduced, face masks will be required, children will use supplies dedicated for their use only, and sanitation procedures have been significantly increased throughout our building.

Court is specially designed for girls to learn the proper fundamentals and advanced training in all aspects of the game of basketball. Participants will learn to sharpen their skills such as shooting, passing, dribbling, defense, and conditioning. Age: 13-17

Take in the role of one of the masked Lords of Waterdeep, secret rulers of the city. Through your agents, you recruit adventurers to go on quests on your behalf, earning rewards and increasing your influence over the city. Expand the city by purchasing new buildings that open up new actions on the board, and hinder—or help—the other lords by playing Intrigue cards to enact your carefully laid plans Are you ready? First Paint by Down Number

If you love Bring out your football, inner artist then you and join us as will love we munch on this Nerf a snack and themed program. Participants will play create our own fun and competitive flag football games, art on canvas. using Nerf footballs. Root Beer Rocks

Produce a batch of root beer while learning the history and science of this bubbly drink that will be taken home to enjoy. Each participant will also enjoy a root beer float and a taste testing of 5 different unidentified sumptuous foamy brands and vote for their favorite. Age 13-17

Rebound/Glide

The combo class will give you an intense workout that is for advanced levels. We’ll enjoy a warmup, a period of rebound, a period of glide, and a cool down. Urban Rebounder is an excellent fat burning workout that will strengthen your core abdominal posture, improve your cardio endurance, improve your balance and coordination, allow for elevated angled positions that work the calves and quads to the maximum. Glide offers lateral exercises that activate the inner and outer thigh muscles, while the hamstrings, quadriceps, gluteal and core muscles assist the movement. Sliding involves continuous movement that allows for functions aerobic and muscular endurance exercise.

Swim Lessons – Teen & Adult The Learning-to-Swim program offers six comprehensive levels that teach you how to swim skillfully and safely. The prerequisite for each level is the successful demonstration of the skills from the preceding level, as determined by the instructor. Students must demonstrate the required skills for passing each level and are not guaranteed to pass the level. Ages 15 & Up
