Registration Information TO REGISTER Some classes fill quickly. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Receipts will be mailed.
WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS Refunds due to student withdrawal:
• Before course starts: All refunds are subject to an administration fee of 20% Online: At www.langara.bc.ca/login if you have of the course/event fee (minimum $15 to a maximum of $35 per course). Cancellations a Langara ID number. If you don’t have one must be received one day prior to the first or can’t remember it, call 604.323.5322. day of class.

DATES CLOSED The Continuing Studies Office is closed and classes postponed during the following holidays: • Christmas Break: December 24 - January 1, 2014 • BC Family Day: February 8 - 10, 2014 • Easter Holiday: April 18 - 21, 2014
Please note: We would be pleased to hold a 100% credit of the registration fee toward taking another Langara Continuing Studies course(s). This credit is valid for 12 months.
• After course has started: No refunds/ credits are issued except for extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, requests must be submitted in writing by email, fax, mail, or in person to the relevant program coordinator.
REFUND PAYMENTS Fee payments made by phone using credit card are refunded back to the credit card. Payments made in person using cash, cheque, debit, or credit card will be refunded by cheque. Please allow three weeks for processing. Please note: Certain programs and courses have refund policies different from above. GOODS & SERVICES (GST) A few courses are subject to GST which is not reflected in the tuition amount shown.

INCOME TA X RECEIPTS Tuition fees for eligible courses exceeding $100 within a calendar year are income taxdeductible. Tax receipts for 2013 are available only on the web. To access your receipt, you will need to login with your student number and password on the Langara College homepage. If you do not know your student number and/or password, please contact Continuing Studies at 604.323.5322.
ROOM LOCATIONS Room numbers for your courses can be viewed on the LCD monitor inside the West 49th Avenue entrance to the A Building. Some courses are held off-site. Please check your receipt for course location, or phone 604.323.5322. WAITLIST Please refer to CS Waiting List page online.
LANGARA COLLEGE BOOKSTORE The bookstore offers competitively low prices on textbooks with the added bonus that any surplus revenue goes back into funding the college.
