Property Management This program delivers comprehensive knowledge for success in property management. Our residential and commercial courses cover legal, operating, and management topics related to rental buildings, strata buildings, and commercial properties including office, retail, and shopping centre developments. The balance of the program develops essential skills in communications, negotiation and dispute resolution, financial statement review, and building operations. Graduates and licensed strata managers can further their studies with the Advanced Strata Management course, which is eligible for the Relicensing Education Program credit through the Professional Association of Management Agents. Real Estate Construction, Development, and Investing Courses in this area give students an understanding of real estate investing, real estate development, commercial leases, house construction, and renovation planning. We offer a diversity of courses: from staging your home for sale to teaching building managers, property managers, and owners how to operate a fire-safe building, to Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and REIC (Real Estate Institute of Canada) courses. Through our partnership with Natural Resources Canada, we also offer a series of six courses on how to plan, monitor, finance, and re-commission buildings.
