Not So Flat DH Cup 2010
Cet été, tous les riders motocross entre 18 et 77 ans peuvent améliorer leurs technique de saut lors du premier stage FMX en Belgique. Un minimum d’expérience en MX est requis et l’encadrement est assuré par David Delcampe et Brick Schelfaut.
Le Nord de la France n’est pas particulièrement connu pour son relief mais la motivation de la scène DH locale est aussi grosse que des montagnes. Une ambiance inimitable se dégage de cette coupe de descente VTT ! Mechouis, fiesta, feux d’artifices... et des pistes incroyables dans des prairies, sur des terrils ou des collines boisées. Après 3 des 6 manches, le classement est hyper serré, mais c’est Pierre Bauvin qui est en tête. Du spectacle en perspective pour les 3 prochaines dates: Le Havre 26/27 juin, Seninghem 11/12 sept. et Anzin 18/19 sept.

Gros succès pour les enduros series. Après le Warm Up à Lorgues, c’était à Métabief que l’Eastie Trail lançait les hostilités d’une sixième saison qui confirme la popularité grandissante de l’enduro. 400 pilotes au départ des spéciales et c’est finalement Jérôme Clementz chez les hommes et Anne-Caro Chausson chez les dames qui tirent leurs épingles du jeu. La prochaine manche Tribe 1000 est compléte mais il reste des places pour la Pure Ride à Vars et la High Race à Valloire se déroulant les 2 derniers week end de Juillet.

Big succes for the enduro series. After the Warm Up in Lorgues, the Eastie Trail in Metabief was the real start of this 2010 season. 400 riders fighted during the runs but Jérôme Clementz and Anne-Caroline Chausson were definitely the best. The next round (Tribe 1000) is full but some places are available for the Pure Ride in Vars and the High Race in Valloire. Rendez-vous the 2 last week-ends of July.

The North of France is not particulary known for its relief but the motivation of the local DH scene is as big as mountains. An inimitable atmosphere emerges from these DH races! Lamb barbecue, parties, fireworks, ... and some amazing tracks created in meadow, on coal waste or small wooden hills! 3 races on 6 are done and the current ranking is very tight, but Pierre Bauvin is the leader. The fight will be strong for the 3 next roundsÓ: Le Havre 26/27 June, Seninghem 11/12 Sept. and Anzin 18/19 Sept.
