The complex houses the administration department, workshop facilities for safari vehicles and accommodation for drivers and guides. There is also an air conditioned Safari Lounge, with refreshments and washrooms with showers, where customers at the beginning or end of their safari can relax and freshen up before their onward journey. For transport, Somak Safaris has a large fleet of four-seat and six-seat safari minibuses, 4x4 Land Cruisers and Land Rovers
as well as 20-seat Rosa buses. There are luxury vans for city transfers.
