An oldie but goodie, Coco Jambo has recently been refurbished to the highest standard. Known both as a bar and as a restaurant, Coco Jambo is a popular venue for locals and visitors alike.
One of the busiest and most lively venues in Nairobi, the Crooked Q is a popular hot-stop with locals. It has been around for a long time and has stood the test of time. The layout and design are fairly simple. The club itself resembles a long corridor, with two pool tables on either side.
There is a wide choice of food on the menu, but it is famous mainly for its meat dishes, such as roast and fried beef and goat meat, all of which are very good. The new bar area is modern and chic, with fabulous music playing on weekend nights.
The club also extends to the roof of the building, where party people can club under the moon. Be warned, though, that the party here goes on until 9am.
This fun-loving establishment is ideal for those wishing to dance to original Afro beats while sampling delicious, sizzling nyama and kuku dishes and sip refreshing beverages in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
