A great opportunity to get together with family, friends or work colleagues before the big day or enjoy an annual works outing.
Arrive from 7pm, enjoy dinner from 7.30pm, followed by music from our resident DJ until midnight. Carriages 12 midnight. Why not stay the night? Rooms start from £110 per night for two guest sharing - upgrades apply. Our party night menu must be pre-ordered with each guests choices and we politely request a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person to confirm a booking and final payment no later than 23rd November 2023. Cancellation policy - any cancellations (including a reduction in number) will incur a 100% charge if less than 48 hours’ notice is given. £45 for 3 Courses. Including party novelties.

Treat yourself to Briarfields Festive Afternoon Tea.
An indulgent way to relax with friends and celebrate the festive season with a delicious three-tiered plate of freshly made sandwiches, scones, cakes and desserts all with a festive twist with tea and coffee or upgrade to a cheeky glass of fizz! Booking of 12+ will require a non-refundable deposit of £10 to be paid to confirm. Bookings of below 12 will need to provide card details to confirm.

Christmas Eve, Sunday 24 December
Arrive from 2pm and settle into your bedroom. A taster of Afternoon
Tea with a glass of Champagne is served until 5pm. Later enjoy a three-course dinner with coffee and tea until 8.30pm last orders.
Christmas Day, Monday 25 December
Breakfast is served between 8-10am. Your four-course Christmas lunch is served between 12-3pm with coffee and treats to follow. Festive evening platters are served from 7pm.
Boxing Day, Tuesday 26 December
Breakfast is served between 8-10am. Enjoy the day at your leisure, then we serve a taste of Christmas between 4-5pm in the lounges. A threecourse dinner with coffee and tea follows from 6pm until 8pm last orders.
Wednesday 27 December
Breakfast is served between 8-10pm We then bid you a fond farewell at 11am.

A member of our team will be in contact with regards to dining times and a pre-order for your Christmas lunch which should be back with us no later than 15th November 2023. A deposit of £100 per room is payable upon booking and the balance of the stay is due by 24th September 2023. Cancellation policy - a 50% charge of the total rate will be made for any cancellations within three months of arrival and 100% is payable for any cancellations within one month of arrival. The rates quoted are for double occupancy of a double or twin bedroom, single occupancy and additional beds for children can be quoted for - please contact the hotel.
