Nothing beats the smell of fresh-baked cookies on a cold winter’s day, so warm up the oven and warm up your mood … just four ingredients— chocolate chips, coconut, almonds, and sweetened condensed milk and you’re good to go. These would make a great gift for the teachers in your life!

INGREDIENTS

1 14 oz bag sweetened coconut fl akes 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips ⅔ cup chopped almonds 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 325F.

2 Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper (Note: Parchment paper is recommended; wax paper and other like items will yield different results). 3 Combine coconut, chocolate chips, almonds, and sweetened condensed milk.

4 Scoop out dough (large, heaping tablespoon) onto prepared baking sheet and fl atten just a bit with your thumb.

5 Bake cookies for 12 to 14 minutes or until tips of coconut are just starting to brown. We ’ re Here For You
