RESIDENCE AMENITIES Lakehead University – Thunder Bay Campus offers three primary living styles: residence halls, apartments, and townhouses. Each style provides a unique environment that allows you to experience freedom while receiving the academic and social support you need to succeed. As a first year student, you will likely stay in our residence halls which include the convenience of a full meal plan. The apartment and townhouse accommodations are normally reserved for upper-year students. Our Residence Halls feature: Basic single and single room options Fully furnished rooms include bed, desk, desk chair, and small fridge Every room has a telephone, wired internet, cable TV access Includes compulsory meal plan Every Residence House has a lounge, study room and access to laundry facilities
RESIDENCE MEAL PLANS First-Year Students** Lakehead’s Thunder Bay campus residence halls include a compulsory, comprehensive meal plan. Our Residence Dining Hall features an all-you-care-to-eat service, with diverse menu options. Your meal plan also includes a declining balance portion that can be used at many other on-campus food service outlets including: Tim Horton’s, Main Cafeteria, Dan’s Diner, Nick’s Garage, Agora Bistro, and the Bora Laskin Building.
