Paving Materials - include concrete pavers that resemble brick along the promenade and decorative pavers in the plazas.

Waterfront Promemades - precendent images show coherent waterfronts, ample seating areas, lighting, and decorative paving.

Tanner Fountain, Harvard University- is used as inspiration for the Nature-Themed Landing.
