he annual American Cancer Society Discovery Celebration was held recently at the Grand Del Mar, celebrating survivorship “in a roaring way through Great Gatsbythemed entertainment.” The fundraising event included entertainment by Grammy Award-winning vocalist Steve Tyrell, a gourmet dinner, a silent and live auction, and a golf tournament the next day.
