OFFICE GOES GREEN BEST PRACTICES CHALLENGE WINNERS ANNOUNCED

Ecan Is Awarded An Honorary Mention
Office Goes Green (OGG) is a global program designed to make offices more sustainable and raise internal awareness of everyday environmental habits in various ways (either compulsory or voluntary), such as using resources and energy more responsibly in offices, reducing waste and plastic, and helping employees adopt greener habits.
Teams around the world were invited to showcase their office’s most impactful OGG projects by taking part in the OGG Best Practices challenge. 80 fantastic initiatives were submitted, spanning all of the OGG topics, from eliminating plastic bottles to green mobility.
After an intense crowd voting phase, with more than 6000 votes, the initiatives which received the most support were assessed by the panel of judges composed of Magali Anderson, Chief Sustainability and Innovation Officer - Holcim, Feliciano Gonzales, Head of Human Resources - Holcim and Francesca Fabozzi, Sustainability Specialist, Climate and Energy - Holcim, based on how much impact these were having on making our offices more sustainable, how well the impact was quantified, and how much effort is being done to go above and beyond.
Congratulations to the winners!
