Team’s greatest accomplishments
When asked about the team’s greatest accomplishments, Benoit, the Lab Supervisor, mentioned he is proud of the team as they have been maintaining a high level of excellence and have been offering a lot of analysis to our internal customers with a relatively low budget. Another big win, for Patricia Mejia, is being a multicultural and multigenerational team and at the same time understanding each other and making everyone feel included. “Our leaders encourage all team members to contribute and participate in different laboratory activities,” says Mejia.
For Charles Ellement what stands out is the fact that even though they are a small team, they can adapt to cover all the spheres of the industry from chemical to physical testing, through concrete to the mining industry. “We provide a wide range of testing for requesters all around,” commented Ellement. When asked the same question, Kishor Nandakumar explains that trying out new products and getting closer to reaching the target would be his proudest moments.
