THIS YEAR, WE HAD OVER 70% COMPLETION RATE ACROSS OUR ECAN PRODUCT LINES AND FUNCTIONAL TEAMS, FROM OUR OFFICES TO OUR PLANTS - VERY WELL DONE. Dear colleagues,

I want to thank you for having participated in our Global Engagement Survey. This year, we had over 70% completion rate across our ECAN Product Lines and Functional teams, from our offices to our plants - very well done. Thanks to your feedback, we will be able to make relevant improvements to our workplace over the next months. Next steps are the analysis of results, which will be shared with complete confidentiality - no individual responses will be revealed.

Once again, I would like to reinforce Lafarge ECAN leadership team commitment to foster an environment where our people can thrive. Over the past years, our organization has achieved tremendous milestones and that is mainly because of the passion, collaboration, and grit of our talented teams across our Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia operations.
