Revamped radiology practice offers world class services in Tzaneen From 1 December, the people of Tzaneen can benefit from an extended range of diagnostic services at AfriRad Medical Imaging in MEDICLINIC Tzaneen Hospital, a new radiology practice with state of the art technology from international healthcare services and technology provider General Electric. The practice is managed by Dr Hanief Moosa who has both local and international experience. He is an acknowledgeable general radiologist but has a keen interest in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiology being the first African recipient of the European School of Radiology(ESOR) MSK visiting scholarship in 2010 where he spent 3 months training in Strasbourg, France. “The new equipment will allow AfriRad Medical Imaging to offer a broad range of diagnostic and interventional services ranging from computed tomography (CT) to mammography and bone densitography. At our revamped practice, patients will benefit from superior imaging quality that ensures accurate readings in the finest detail, and quick turn-around times that will dramatically reduce the time patients will wait for their results.
