The Caramel Room at Bissinger’s has more than a few “wow” factors. Its 4,500-square-foot terrace overlooks the Stan Musial Veterans Memorial Bridge and the Mississippi River, and the modern, industrial-chic event space is located inside the historic Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier chocolate factory. The luxe space boasts a black-and-gold granite bar, hardwood floors, luxurious chandeliers and original exposed brick walls and beams. Just as stunning as the view and impressive interiors is the in-house catering service, 23 City Blocks Catering, led by chef Nick Miller.
