STRANGER THINGS INSPIRED DESIGN CONCEPTS Description A creative brief taking inspiration from the popular TV series STRANGER THINGS. Taking nodes from the 1980’s pop culture, style, aesthetic and music and applying these musings to concepts presented in the form of illustration and digital 3D model. Hightops sneakers, dungarees, sunglasses and eaerrings were conceptualized

SELLING MILK Description A research brief understanding how milk as a commodity is engrained as a cultural norm. Investigating ad campaigns, statistics, production process and understanding how sustainablity play a roll in marketing an appealing product for customers. This was a team project and I focused on packaging design as a mechanism for contributing towards the CIRCULAR ECONOMY.

A QR code on the packaging that links customers to the “MOO-VING” community where they can get involved with local recycling initiatives and learn how to life more sustainably. MOO-VERS can get thier milk canisters refilled locally at discounted prices.

STELLAR : EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION APP Description As a two-lady team we were tasked to redesign an in-house employee appreciation application for BYTE ORBIT, for software development. We had 48 hours to research conceptualize, ideate, create user journey’s, wire frames and mock-up UI design. Our concept integrated company values and existing benefits witha twist in futurizing the app with augmented reality and virtual reality technogolies; encouragin appl usage through gamification.

APP DESIGN FOR THE PET RABBIT COMMUNITY Description Rearch project about the the issues contributiing towards rabbit overpopulation in the Western Cape. Based on research a mobile application concept was developed considering basic care knowledge, access to reliable health care resources and other important information about the care of these often misunderstood exotic animals.
