THE Any Appendage Cropping Wrap aka Auntie Brenda’s Wrap
We have not tried this technique personally, but we have testimony from fellow alpaca owners that this wrap works great for all of your cropping needs. Our friend Coby gave us the idea after he tried it on his Aunt Brenda’s crias. Jill used it years ago on her adult female tails and was very impressed at the ease of use. Snug fit suggested. THE Breeding Gate We love this gate! Coby tested the gate because he was bored with hand breeding. Coby refers to it as the Houdini Gate, after the Herdsire that perfected it. Just set this gate on the ground (as shown in the picture) between a male and female field and we guarantee you will have crias within a year! Simple assembly. No tools required. Portable. You can have an infinite number of females, but we suggest you only have one male in the field.
