As we enter the month of November, many choose to reflect inward and find gratitude daily. Thanksgiving is approaching and challenging ourselves to find something (even something small) to be grateful for every day can help lift our spirits and open our eyes to so much beauty swirling around. The days are getting shorter, and the skies are more grey than blue, but finding gratitude brings sunshine and warmth to your lives. I challenge you this November to keep a journal or note on your phone with a daily dose of what you are grateful for daily to reflect on when the month is winding down.
