VISIT You will receive a letter from ‘Van Gelder’, announcing the date on which we will visit your home

to check where exactly we can install the fibre-optic connection. Unfortunately, we can’t give you a specific time for our visit, but we will only need about 15 minutes of your time. Once you agree with the point of entry for the fibre-optic cable and the location of the FTU-unit (most likely near the fuse box), you will place your signature and that will be that. Were you out? You will receive a second letter from ‘Van Gelder’, announcing the start of our digging activities. These activities will take place outside your home and will last a few days. By opening the streets in the mornings and closing them back up in the afternoons, we aim to minimise any inconvenience. We hope to build on this solid foundation and ask for your understanding.
APPOINTMENT You will receive a third letter from ‘Van Gelder’, announcing the date and time when we will be connecting your home to the fibre-optic network free of charge. You will need to confirm this appointment at www.L2FiberRotterdam.nl/Afspraak. If the appointment in the letter does not suit your schedule, you may also use this link to make a new appointment.
