When did you start in real estate?

Years ago I was looking at the projection of where I wanted my career to go in the next chapter of my life. With the desire that I wanted to spend more time with my family and feeling to serve the Hispanic community, I decided to take the real estate exam in 2017. When I was in the process to obtain my real estate license, I remembered when I bought my first home in 2006 and what it's like to go through the home buying and selling experience with English as a second language.

What is your Big Why?

When I think of where my motivation comes from - it’s definitely my family. They are my Big Why, they are significant in my business and I include them in the process. It’s my hope they learn from this legacy I’m building.

How has KW Peachtree Road impacted you?

When I came to Keller Williams I found the tools and plan to succeed as an agent. Every day when I wake up, I remind myself that there are no excuses for not doing what I need to do to help others. At KWPR I have found so many resources, not just the technology, but also amazing people in the staff and agents that have been like angels to me and have helped me when I needed them, and I think this is thanks to our culture in KWPR.

Who is your coach and how do they inspire you?

I have been under a coach since day one and in my opinion, being able to be coachable is crucial when you start a new business for you to reach your goals. Currently, I am part of the ELEVATE program, led by Ahndea May. I have learned even more in this program and not only me but my family and my business as well. Although I confess that I have gone out of my comfort zone, but I have done it organically since the program is managed with such professionalism that it makes me feel confident and secure.
