Direct mailing to 1000's to showcase the New Listing Advertise and Showcase the listing via digital marketing 0 through T.A.N., Redfin, Craigslist, Trulia, Zillow, Linkedin, Facebook, etc.

Broker Tour - after the house is listed on MLA Open Houses Sat/ Sun

Coordinate and arrange private showings

Send the disclosure package to the interested buyers and agents
