im Kardashian has found herself in a hairy situation-and it has nothing to do with the drama over her impending divorce from NBA player Kris Humphries. Hair-removal product company Radiancy is suing the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star, claiming that she’s made numerous false and misleading statements while shilling for hair-removal company Tria, which is also named in the complaint. According to Radiancy, Kardashian made numerous claims during various media appearances and on her Twitter account that can’t possibly be true. Among the alleged falsehoods that Kardashian disseminated: That Tria’s laser hair-removal product have been deemed safe and effective by the FDA, and that it also provides permanent hair removal. The suit goes on to note that, during an appearance on “The Wendy Williams Show,” Kardashian claimed that she uses the Tria product “on [her] entire body”-even though, by Tria’s own admission, the product is unsafe for use on the face, head, ears, neck, nipples, genitals or around the anus, as it may injure skin. Also, according to Radiancy, Kardashian tweeted last December that she had begun

isele Bundchen and Tom Brady have been named the world’s highest-earning couple. The supermodel and her NFL player husband earned a staggering $76 million between them during the period May 2010-2011, with the Brazilian beauty’s fashion career, endorsements and business deals bringing in a $45 million share of their joint income. According to Forbes magazine, Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z earned just $4 million less in the same period, with the ‘Run the World (Girls)’ hitmaker bringing in $35 million from her record sales and endorsement deals and her spouse generating $37 million through his contract with Live Nation, a stake in the New Jersey Nets, his 40/40 Club chain and ad firm Translation. Placed third were Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who earned $50 million after the actor brought in $20 million and his partner with who he raises six children earning the additional $30 million. David and Victoria Beckham were placed fourth in the list with combined earnings of $45 million - though $40 million of the total was earned by

hantelle Houghton and Alex Reid are expecting a baby together. The former ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ winner has announced she is 11 weeks pregnant and she and her fiance - the estranged husband of Katie Price - are thrilled with the news, because Chantelle had been told by doctors she would need IVF (in vitro fertilisation) to conceive. She revealed: “I’m 11 weeks gone. I don’t know exactly when the baby was conceived. I can’t even believe I’m pregnant. I went to Orlando and went on loads of rollercoasters not knowing. I found out four weeks ago - it’s been so hard keeping it secret ... I definitely want to find out the sex, I can’t wait nine months!” Just a few months earlier, Chantelle had been informed by medical experts that she was running out of eggs and had to conceive in the next three years if she wanted to become a mother. The 28-year-old blonde had already started having fertility treatment and was just seven days from beginning IVF when she took a test on a gut feeling and received the happy news. In an interview with OK! magazine, she explained: “We were a week away from starting IVF. The thought of conceiving naturally had gone out of my mind completely - I didn’t even think it was possible. I had my fertility injections in the fridge. Basically they stimulate your ovaries to produce more eggs ... They’d been pushed to the back of the fridge and they’d frozen, which ruined them. I went back to the clinic to get some replacements and there was a chemist - and I just went in and bought a pregnancy test. To this day, I

using the Tria product and was “loving the results so far”-even though she had just become the company’s spokesperson a few weeks before, and Tria’s own web site states that a user wouldn’t begin to see results from the product for at least 90 days. These allegedly false statements have done damage to Radiancy’s business, the claim states. The complaint is part of an ongoing legal battle between the two companies. This isn’t the first time that Kardashian has come under fire due to her many endorsements-last November, she and her sisters, Khloe and Kourtney, pulled out of a deal to sponsor a prepaid MasterCard because it carried “outrageous” fees. She’s also been accused of accepting money to tweet about products without revealing that they were sponsored tweets, though Kardashian, 31, has denied this. Kardashian’s spokesperson did not immediately respond to TheWrap’s request for comment. Pamela Chelin contributed to this report.

don’t know why. It’s so, so weird. I went home and did it with my best friend ... I was expecting to see two words saying not pregnant and I just stared and stared at it, I couldn’t move.” Chantelle believes the baby is a “miracle” and she credits 36-year-old Alex’s positive mental attitude with helping them conceive. She said: “I’ve bee seeing a private doctor and he said, ‘Well you’ve proved them wrong, haven’t you?’ Me and Alex have spent thousands on private fertility treatment. We’ve had nearly £6,000 of tests done. Maybe it is really a miracle. Alex believes if you ask for things they will come.”

ete Doherty believes he is being haunted by Amy Winehouse. The 32-year-old singer was close pals with the ‘Rehab’ hitmaker before her death from alcohol poisoning in July, and he has become so concerned her ghost is now floating around his London home he has gone to Paris to escape the spectre. A friend of the Babyshambles singer said: “He is utterly convinced that he has seen her ghost. A lot of people will think his visions are probably drug-induced by he claims he is clean.” However, Pete - who previously dated supermodel Kate Moss - is so worried about the alleged apparition he is refusing to come back from his French break. During a recent London concert, Pete revealed he had written a song for Amy but he never got a chance to record it with her. Introducing the song, the former Libertines frontman said: “Amy Winehouse asked me a while ago if I had written any new songs. I played her something, and when I had finished, she looked at me and said, ‘Is that it? Is that all you’ve got?’ “ The song he played was a slow, acoustic led number, and although the lyrics were hard to make out they include the line “oh Amy, she won’t be around tonight”.

P prah Winfrey has been named the highest earning woman in Hollywood for the second year in a row. The media mogul - who quit her successful chat show earlier this year after 25 years to focus on running her own network - made $290 million between May 2010 and May 2011 to top Forbes’ Highest Earning Hollywood Women list, ahead of celebrities including Lady Gaga, Gisele Bundchen and Ellen DeGeneres. Her closest competitor ‘You and I’ hitmaker Gaga only managed to make $90 million in the same period, $200 million less than Oprah, while former ‘Real Housewives of New York’ star Bethenny Frankel was third with $55 million thanks to her New York Times bestseller and Skinnygirl food empire. Supermodel Gisele, talk show host Ellen, TV’s Judge Judy Sheindlin and country superstar Taylor Swift all tied for fourth place with earnings of $45 million. Katy Perry banked $44 million from her world tour, album sales and endorsement deals and pregnant pop star Beyonce Knowles raked in $35 million last year, completing the top ten with romance author Danielle Steel - the most successful female novelist of all time who earned the same amount.

I was told that Selena was missing the dogs that she has at home. “I wasn’t expecting her to adopt a dog while she was on tour and has a busy schedule. Baylor probably would have had a bad life or a very short life. But he got rescued and brought to our shelter and is now going to live a very good life.”— Agencies
