Russian Rendezvous Garuda Prepares to Commence Bali – Moscow Service in Q4 of 2014 Garuda Indonesia is planning to commence flights between Bali and Moscow sometime before the fourthquarter of 2014. Gone in a Puff of Smoke Inter-tabac Asia 2014 cancelled by Bali Officials Les than One Week Before Tobacco Fair's Start After protests from many quarters and an official request by Bali's governor, Intertabac Asia 2014 scheduled to be held at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) February 2728, 2014 has been cancelled. Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH – the German company organizing the event, published a notice on its website that the event promoting tobacco products and accessories had been postponed, despite having obtained all the necessary legal permits. The postponement took place, according to the organizers, after receiving formal notification of withdrawal of approval from the Bali Police on February 21, 2104 – less than one week before the official start of the fair. The organizers claim efforts to discuss or receive a clarification on the 11th hour decision from the police of Bali or provincial authorities have been unsuccessful

BALI THE RIGHT WAY G'day again folks and welcome to the weekly. This week brings us that much closer to the official start of the A.F.L season and not soon enough as far as I'm concerned. I think at the end of the day the N.A.B Bankers cup is a great thing for one lucky club to top up its coffers to the tune of 500k, but at the end of the day its really only a few practice games and I guess an insight for the coach's and management teams as to what direction the season may take. In so aliasj@kutaweekly.com far as watching a match goes there is nothing quite like a good game when both teams are playing for a position on the ladder. Over the last few years I have found that one of my favourite past times is to kick back with a few friends and enjoy a few cold ones and watch a good match, and frankly I can't think of a better way to spend an afternoon over the weekend. Seeing the direction is footy I'd like to remind you all that the “Kuta Town Houses” footy tipping is about to start and trust that you all have your nominations in and paid. As is usual the powers that be have already started planning the end of year “Piss Up” and are going to break all the records again this year. I for one can seriously say that I have never eaten prawns or crayfish, that big in my life. The fact that you can wash them down with as many beers as you can drink in the day aside, the first prize for one lucky tipster is well over the fifteen million mark, which is a nice help along for anyone. Get in and see a staff member and jump on board. It truly has become an institution and a bloody great way to catch up with a few good local people each year. “Kuta Town Houses” is the undisputed Home Of A.F.L in Kuta and do their best to keep that number one position. During the season you can relax at a pool and watch footy or sit in the garden and watch the footy or try the aircon in the dedicated sports bar and watch footy. They have well over 20 big screens to catch all the action and cater for all manner of taste. Basically they have so many options that it is very hard to find somewhere that is setup so well on the island to watch a game. Thankyou for your ongoing support. On a final note, last week I warned you all about “Moo Moos Steak House”, and how the powers that be at the venue have worked tirelessly at making themselves the “Home Of N.R.L in Bali” They have achieved this hands down for many years and at this point do not look like losing the spot for many more years to come. This Thursday, being the opening round of the N.R.L they are throwing cold Bintang out the door for 10,000 Rupiah during the games, which is well below cost, I mean at the end of the day you can't even buy them for that. Mr Richard has the biggest television screen inside a steakhouse restaurant on the island and caters 100% to family's and the dedicated N.R.L fan. Don't for one minute think this is the only thing that is shown on the big screens in the place, as all the A.F.L is shown live for the entire season. The joint can hold 400 people in comfort and the beer is always ice cold. I wish Moo Moos all the best for the season and trust that our loyal readers get in and catch a few games during the season.

Indonesians Demanding Full Service Flights Indonesia's Batik Air to Expand Fleet and Increase Passenger Loads by 600% by 2015 B a t i k A i r, t h e premium-class service division of Lion Air, is targeting to carry 7 million passengers in 2015. Batik Air is confident that the ambitious target can be met with addition of new aircraft to its armada beffore the end of 2014. As reported by Republika.co.id, current plans call for Batik Air to add an Airbus A320 in July of 2014, with a total of six more Airbus A320s to join their fleet before the end of this year. Batik Air commenced operations on May 3, 2013. Through January of 2014 the airline has carried more than one million passengers. The CEO of Batik Air, Achmad Lufthie, said the additional aircraft would allow the airline to carry 6-7

million passengers in 2015. Lufthie, who originally joined Lion Air as its first pilot, said that growth is rapid in premium-class passengers at Batik Air. He said surveys carried out by Lion Air confirm that Indonesian air passengers confirm that the public is seeking more service when they fly. He went on to explain that regulations in place governing Lion Air's operation as a low-cost airline limit the ability to provide full service to its passengers. Lufthie said that demand for premium class air travel in eastern

Indonesia remains high. Flights operated to Jayapura, Ambon, Kupang and Manado continue to grow in terms of loads and frequencies. He also said there is strong demand for nighttime flights that arrive in the early morning, saying the reception from the public for “red-eye” flights was extraordinary. As a result, Batik Air has plans to double the number of night flights it operates in the current year. Batik Air is expanding the number of destinations it serves from 10 to 22. Among the new ports-of-call are Banjarmasin, Batam, Gorontalo, Kendari, Medan, Padang, Palembang, Palu, Timika, Tarakan and Solo. Batik Air also plans to operate between Jakarta and Denpasar (Bali). www.balidiscovery.com

Inns of Quantity In, Inns of Quality Out Academic Warns: U n b r i d l e d Accommodation Growth Has Turned Bali into a Low Quality, Cheap Destination Bali Daily (The Jakarta Post) quotes tourism expert and academician Agung Suryawan Wiranatha, chairman of the Consortium of Tourism Research Group, expressing his concerns over tourism development in Bali and his fear that the Island was “not a quality holiday destination.” Saying that Bali has become a “cheap destination,” Suryawan blamed the oversupply of hotel rooms as causing a sudden decrease in occupancy rates and the resulting “price war” now underway. Lower occupancies, lower rates, shortfall in targeted revenues and the seeming anomaly of lower tax revenues are all part and parcel of Bali's current situation. Strapped for cash, operators will soon find themselves financially unable to maintain and refurbish their hotels. ? ? “This situation will turn Bali into a very cheap destination, while the island slips farther away from achieving its goal of becoming a quality tourist destination,” Suryawan warned. Based on his research,

8

Suryawan projected that Bali could have achieved 100% occupancy rates over the past two years with a supply of 41,814 rooms in 2012 and 46,193 rooms in 2013. Some current estimates of the number of saleable accommodation rooms in Bali place rh total near 100,000. While it remains problematic to calculate the exact number of rooms being offered by hotels and villas at the moment in Bali, its clear that the Island is grossly oversupplied with occupancies at hotel averaging 62.22% in 2012 and only 55,52% in 2013. Agung says a better balance needs to be maintain between room supply and tourism demands in order to avoid the current situation where many hotels were operating with average occupancies well below 60%.

A proposal was made to the government in 2011 to allow the Udayana University's Center for To u r i s m a n d C u l t u r e Research to monitor accommodation supply. That proposal has not been dignified with a response from the Government. Calling for an urgent survey to be undertaken of accommodation in Bali, Suryawan want to see severe legal penalties for those who violate licensing and permit laws. Meanwhile, Tjokorda Raka Darmawan who heads the Badung Tourism Agency defended the regency's readiness to issue new hotel licenses. He said calls by the Governor for a moratorium were not implemented by the regency, who preferred “to control and restructure.” Darmawan claimed ? ? “We have been very selective in issuing licenses, by implementing certain requirements.” 80% of Badung's tax revenues totaling Rp. 2.2 trillion (US$189 million) were derived from hotel and restaurant taxes in 2013. www.balidiscovery.com

Bathtub Ring Bali Environmentalists Demand Clean Up of Oil Spill in Benoa Harbor The Wisnu Foundation of Bali is urging PT Indonesia Power – a division of the State Power Board (PLN) – to under a serious and urgent environmental clean up of the damage to Bali's mangrove forest near Benoa harbor caused by a burst fuel pipe. The chairman of the Wisnu Foundation, Made Suarnata, told the State New Agency Antara: “PT Indonesian Power must take responsibility for causing this damage to the environment. This contamination constitutes a violation of laws established for protecting the environment.” Suarnata accepted that the leaking fuel pipe was an accident, but insisted this fact does not

10

diminish the responsibility of PT Indonesian Power to be responsible for completely cleaning up the grease and oil now damaging the mangrove. The Wisnu Foundation is also calling on PT Indonesian Power to plan trees in the mangrove to replace those killed by the leaking oil. “If the lingering elements of

oil are left in the mangrove, the mangrove will die. Proof of this are the dying leaves foretelling the coming death of the trees,” Said Suarnata. The head of the environmental group acknowledged that PT Indonesian Power undertook an initial clean up of the oil spill when it first occurred, but said remnants of the oil still remained that are adhering to plants inside the mangrove forest. The Wisnu Foundation wants PT Indonesian Power to be more serious in addressing the clean up of the oil spill, employing special vacuums to suck up the remaining oil spill if necessary. www.balidiscovery.com

Bali: A Culture in Decline?

Professor Windia: With Bali's Agricultural Culture Under Threat, the Daily Life of the Balinese is Also in Grave Danger A professor emeritus at Bali's Udayana University Dr. I Wayan Windia is warning that the destruction of Bali's centuries old water distribution system known as subak will have an impact on every aspect of life in Bali. Quoted by the National News Agency Antara, Dr. Windia said: “Concern for the destruction of the 'subak' through the changing function of agricultural lands and the siphoning-off of irrigation water for non-agricultural purposes has long been discussed in principle, but

never really given serious consideration.” Dr. Windia is head of the Subak Research Team at Udayana University. Windia warns that if the Bali's subak system is destroyed the heritage and culture of Bali will follow that same path of extinction. Continuing, he said: “If Bali's culture is destroyed, then all sectors of Bali's economy will also be destroyed. In the end, they are all inter-connected.” Windia, who is a leading professor in the agricultural faculty, explains that all sectors of Bali's economy are rooted in the local agricultrural culture, especially the tourism sector. However, the fact of the matter, according to the professor, is that tourism is destroying agricultural lands and the subak system in Bali. In Windia's view tourism is cannibalizing the farming sector. “This has happened because

the tourism sector in Bali has developed beyond the carrying capacity of the Island to accommodate such development,” he said. Windia is urging urgent and serious attention be paid to this problem first identified in 1985 when a study supported by the government declared the "ideal" carrying capacity for international standard hotel rooms in Bali was only 24,000 rooms. That total has been long surpassed by more than 300% with the current number of rooms on sale in Bali estimated at between 80,000-100,000 rooms. Windia decried that the government has failed to introduce the promised moratorium on new hotel development in Bali, with regents defending tthe regency's need for the wider tax base created by more hotels. “Bali's culture is the foundation of all segments of life on the Island,” warned Windia.

Cancer Reduction For Woman

Research commissioned by the British Institute for Medical Studies (BIMS) has revealed that giving blowjobs can significantly reduce the incidence of cancer in women. Dr James Fredericks, a GP from Norwich, first noticed this phenomenon when he was investigating the possible causes of a spate of cancer diagnoses in women at his practice. “We seemed to be getting an inordinate amount of women who were being diagnosed with cancer at our surgery, and I wanted to see if there might be causal link, so I started to do a bit of investigation into the patients' medical history. I always ask my female patients whether they love giving blowjobs or not just so we can keep our records up to date, and when I was doing my investigations I was finding that all these women who were being diagnosed with cancer were all women who had told me, in a private

one-to-one setting, that they do not actually love giving blowjobs. It was becoming clear to me that this was no coincidence, and that the likely cause of the cancer in all these women was their apathy towards performing oral sex on men.” Dr Fredericks reported his findings to BIMS, who commissioned him to carry out further research into the possibility that there is a causal link between the non-performance of oral sex and cancer. His findings proved quite remarkable: “I took a random sample of 100 women aged between 18 and 23, and, over the course of a few months, had each of them perform oral sex on me. Subsequently, each of the women were scanned and tested in order to check for any traces of cancer. What I found was quite astounding, out of the 100 girls

tested, not one of them was found to have cancer postperformance of oral sex. This was clear evidence that there was a strong correlation between the giving of blowjobs and the avoidance of cancer. “I should point out that the findings are only at a preliminary stage at the moment, so I'm not saying that all women should run home this instance and start giving their partners a blowjob. But when they do get home, they should definitely give their partners a blowjob then. And then just two per day for the rest of their lives as a precautionary measure.”

Less For Men Who Tell Them To ! New research has revealed that propositioning females with shouts of “Oi, love, get your tits out” is in fact less likely to yield a peek at a female's naked bosom than the approach of not in a n y w a y mentioning your burning desire to see their naked breasts. Variants of the mating call, such as, “Get your tits out for the lads” and “Show us your wanger”, were shown to be just as ineffective. We spoke to Alan, a builder who had just heard about the results of the research. He commented “This cannot be true. You mean to tell me that women are going around getting their tits out for men who don't even tell them to get their tits out? And yet, when I tell them to get their tits out, they won't even show me so much as a little bit of cleavage? It's so counterintuitive.”

18

To gain a better understanding of why women behave in such mysterious ways, the New Age Man spoke to local pick-up artist, Jason, who has become a pioneer of the so called 'don't tell or touch' approach to getting women to reveal their naked breasts. He said “It's important to control your natural urge to say to them, 'look , I want to see your tits, will you please show them to me?' It's been shown that no matter how politely you ask, such an approach is very unlikely to yeild results. Women just seem to take no account of good manners whatsoever." Jason went on: “It's all about mind games, you have to make them think that you don't want to see their tits and that you're actually more interested in their views on global warming, or how women are oppressed in the workplace, for example, which you're obviously not really interested in." “If you can do this part successfully, then all you've got to do is take back to yours, put on a bit of Marvin Gaye, and she'll have her tits out in no time. You won't even have to ask her, it's like magic! And once you've got this far, you can pretty much do whatever you want with them without incurring any scorn whatsoever. Although motor-boating can sometimes be a risk."

The Storm have taken the cautious approach to Cooper Cronk's comeback from shoulder surgery with Craig Bellamy opting to leave the star halfback out of his round one side to face Manly. Melbourne will instead have to rely on the green halves paring of Ben Roberts in No.7 and Ben Hampton at No.6. Cronk's fellow superstar Billy Slater has been picked to start at fullback after overcoming a knee injury. The Rabbitohs have been boosted by the selection of Dylan Walker at five-eighth, with Michael Maguire's preferred replacement for Luke Keary overcoming an ankle injury to take his place in the side, That allows co-captain John Sutton to start the season at lock. Penrith coach Ivan Cleary has rolled out his big name recruits for round one, with Jamie Soward and Peter Wallace to partner in the halves, while Tyrone Peachey will start in the back-row. Michael Morgan has been given first chance to stake his claim for the Cowboys' fullback position in the absence of Lachlan Coote, while Jason Taumalolo has been promoted to North Queensland's starting line-up for their round one clash with the Raiders. The Broncos have taken a gamble with their five-eighth position, deciding on Josh Hoffman to partner young halfback Ben Hunt in the much-anticipated Friday night match-up with the Bulldogs. Ben Barba will start at fullback in a relatively inexperienced backline completed by Daniel Vidot, Jack Reed, Dale Copley and Lachlan Maranta. Corey Parker moves to the front row to partner Josh McGuire, with Ben Hannant and Martin Kennedy on the bench. Manly's worst fears have

been realised in round one, with co-captain Jason King failing to overcome a lingering shoulder injury leaving the Sea Eagles sorely lacking in front-rowers for their clash with the Storm. G e o o f To o v e y h a s responded by rushing promising youngster Josh Starling into the starting side to partner Brenton Lawrence in the front-row, with Dunamis Lui, James Hasson and Jesse Sene-Lefao to start from the bench. Manly is also missing wingers David Williams and Jorge Taufua, with Cheyse Blair and Peta Hiku their replacements. Matt Elliott has got a wealth of backline talent at his disposal at the Warriors and that has forced a big round one casualty from the side to visit Parramatta on Sunday. One of the finds of 2013, Konrad Hurrell has been left out, with boom youngster Carlos Tuimavave pipping him for the first crack at partnering Dane Neisen in the centres. “Selecting Carlos was a tough call on Konrad,” Elliott said on Tuesday. “Konrad played really hard against the Broncos but Carlos w a s impressive in the Nines and t h e n i n D u n e d i n putting on two tries and getting one himself.” N a t e Myles has been named to start in his first game since the World Cup last year, as the Titans named close to their strongest

team to take on Cronulla on Monday night. Injured in the Titans' final trial game, Ryan James has been named on an extended bench, while Beau Falloon will start at hooker in place of the injured Matt Srama. After being lured back from the English Super League, Michael Witt has been given first crack as Dragons' halfback, getting the nod in front of fellow recruit Sam Williams to partner Gareth Widdop in the halves. Williams has been left out of the Dragons' team to face the Tigers all together. Steve Price also had a big decision to make at fullback, where Adam Quinlan will deputise for the injured Josh Dugan in preference to Gerard Beale, Kyle Stanley and Jason Nightingale. Stanley has been named on the bench, while Beale will start in the centres and Nightingale in his usual position on the wing. The Raiders have given Jack Wighton first shot at the five-eighth position, while Glen Buttris has held off competition from Josh McCrone to start in the No.9 jersey.

Burgess was reportedly wearing a moon boot during the Rabbitohs' Monday afternoon training session after suffering some minor bone damage to his foot. While the injury will keep the rising star off South Sydney's bench for the blockbuster clash with the Roosters, Rabbitohs officials are hopeful he will recover in time to take his place in the club's round two clash with Manly next Friday. While the Burgess omission will deny the Rabbitohs some potency in its powerful forward pack, news that Adam Reynolds will be fit to guide the side around from halfback will come as welcome relief for coach Michael Maguire, as an injury cloud continues to hover over preferred five-eighth Dylan Walker. Reynolds has been cleared to start after missing the Rabbitohs' Charity Shield clash against St George Illawarra after fullback Greg Inglis fell on his knee at training in the week leading up to that match. Walker played the Charity Shield but came off during the game and has been battling an ankle syndesmosis injury. If he doesn't recover in time, John Sutton, who has been earmarked by Maguire to play lock this season, will return to his old five-eighth role. “We'll probably have to wait til tomorrow to completely make my mind up,” Maguire said. “He (Walker) will do a little bit today, but then it's obviously how he pulls up tomorrow. “Probably it's right up until the Thursday because of the injury that Dylan has got. “He's pulling up okay, but we want to make sure he's right to get through 80 minutes of footy.

He confirmed veteran winger Lote Tuqiri would make his first NRL start for the Rabbitohs on Thursday.

THE NRL has cleared suspended Sharks coach Shane Flanagan of any breach after he attended a Cronulla trial match. While suspended Flanagan is prohibited from having any form of involvement with the club. But the NRL says it has received an explanation from the Cronulla Sharks regarding his presence at the game and it is satisfied Flanagan did not breach his suspension and had attended the game in a private capacity. In a statement, the NRL also said: “Mr Noyce said that outside an exchange of pleasantries with Paul Gallen, Mr Flanagan had no involvement with the Club, its sponsors, coach or team.

“Based on the explanation provided by Mr Noyce and Mr Flanagan, the NRL accepts there has not been a breach of Mr Flanagan's suspension.” Flanagan had attended the game to support his son Kyle who plays for Cronulla's Harold Matthews team.

Conked For Copping a Feel

A Russian tourist on Beach Road was injured from being hit on the head with high heel shoes by a Pattayaladyboy, after he squeezed the breasts of the ladyboy but didn't pay money. The man had agreed to pay for sex, but changed his mind when realizing it was a ladyboy. They argued and then started fighting. The incident occurred at the beginning of Soi 13 on Pattaya Beach Road. Arriving at the scene, police found an unidentified injured Russian foreigner. He had been hit with a hard object on the middle of his head, which caused a big broken wound and was bleeding a lot. The man also had bruises on his body from being beaten. During questioning, the victim said he was beaten by a ladyboy who sold sexual services on the side of Pattaya beach. The rescue officers of SawangboribulPattaya foundation performed first aid for the victim, and sent him to be cured at the hospital. Later, the police team followed up with witnesses to track down and arrest the troublemaker, identified as Mr.RatchadakornKarbkaew, age 22, living in TambonPhulankha, Amphur Baan Chawao, Chaiyaphum province. After his arrest, the ladyboy confessed that he really made trouble to the Russian

man. As for the cause of this incident, the ladyboy told police he has an occupation of selling sexual services on the side of Pattaya beach. He was standing around waiting for customers, until he met the Russian man. So he talked to the Russian in order to sell his sexual service. The Russian agreed to pay for sex, but while they were talking, the Russian man molested him and hugged him and squeezed his breasts. Then the Russian was shocked to discover that the ladyboy was not a real woman. So he refused to buy sexual services from him, and scolded at him and tried to walk away. But the ladyboy tried to call the Russian to stop and pay money for the squeezing of his breasts. But the Russian man didn't consent to pay money, and scolded that he is a ladyboy. So they could not compromise and started to fight with each other. The ladyboy said she was so angry at the Russian's rejection, because she had expensive surgery done on herself, but the foreign man didn't consent to pay for the indignity of grabbing her breasts. So the ladyboy used her high heeled shoes to whack the foreign man's head until he got injured, and then ran away. The police restrained the moody ladyboy to prosecute further according to the law.

Reid Fontaine is accused of trying to have sex with several of the animals while another man, Michael Jones, filmed it. The alleged abuse came to light after a farmer set up CCTV cameras on his barn to find out why his cows had become anxious and were not producing any milk. He called the police after allegedly catching the abuse on tape at his farm in Herkimer, near Utica in New York state. Jones, 35, is accused of videotaping Fontaine, 31, as he allegedly attempted to have sexual contact with several cows. Both men have been charged with one count of Sexual Misconduct, which is a class "A" misdemeanor. They have been released on an appearance ticket.

After a brief hiatus, Stockdale returned with a new four-piece band in January 2009 featuring current member Peres, rhythm guitarist Aidan Nemeth, and drummer Dave Atkins. The new line-up's only album, entitled Cosmic Egg, was released in October 2009 and reached the same Australian chart peak as Wolfmother. Aries Mar 21 - Apr 20 Some people are only happy when they're unhappy. No matter how much effort you make to please them, they remain pessimistic. This, they feel, protects them. They believe they learned long ago not to raise their hopes because hopes can be dashed. This week, you're likely to have to deal with someone who believes the glass to be constantly half empty. You are well placed to reassure them and doing so will somehow grant you freedom where you've long wanted it. Someone else's change in attitude is about to benefit you as well!

Libra Sep 24 - Oct 23 How important is an issue preoccupying your mind and taking up much of your thinking time? Might that be a daft question? Given that the sky speaks clearly of something being a drain on your mental resources, it's clear the issue is important, at least to you. Think about how situations have a tendency to spiral out of control sometimes. Now think about how something could become a much lesser issue this week if you prevented it from doing precisely that. Something has been given enough thought. It now needs just a tiny bit of effort on your part to resolve it.

Taurus Apr 21 - May 21 How often do we surprise ourselves? Probably not as often as we'd like and this is probably reflective of how often we take calculated risks. A certain kind of joy comes from discovering we are capable or more capable of doing something than we thought we were. This week, you look likely to surprise yourself at how able you are to make progress with something that has daunted you. Your efforts will bring about a positive development that will make you smile. All you need to do is maintain belief in something you have, for some time, wanted to achieve.

Scorpio Oct 24 - Nov 22 Your support of someone is needed and this is likely becoming increasingly evident. You appear to be in a somewhat volatile situation and this is being made more volatile by the fact that someone keeps changing their mind about what they claim to want. If they don't know what they want, then how are you expected to keep up with and help them? This week, you get a glimpse of how much calmer and less volatile your relationship with a certain person can be but it will take pride on your part to be pushed to one side if it is to happen.

Gemini May 22 - Jun 22 Where do you go from here? That depends on where you want to be. You know where you are but the sky suggests investing further effort toward something doesn't exactly fill you with inspiration. Change you want and need to happen will rely on you adopting a change of attitude. Whilst you might be unable to change a situation, there is much you can do to change your attitude toward it and, this week, that's what starts to occur. From there, great things can happen and if you've been looking for a reason to feel more optimistic, then you can trust it's coming.

Sagittarius Nov 23 - Dec 21 Large stones in streams can make adequate bridges. By balancing carefully, we can cross. Need exists though to ensure footing is carefully placed - and to take into account how potentially slippery the surface is where we are placing our feet! This week, you can make progress in an area that has bothered you but, to do so, you're going to have to tread carefully. You can bridge a gap in a relationship but one ill-thought through move could land you in proverbial water. Take each step carefully and all will be fine.

Cancer Jun 23 - Jul 23 Holding a book or image close to our eyes results in us being unable to see it clearly. Moving the text or image further away makes it clearer. Apologies for the primary school-level analogy but, need exists for you to gain proper insight into a situation and the only way to achieve this is to stand back until it becomes clearer. It is distance that is needed and this week, you start to put distance in place. It will take Jupiter a bit of time to gain momentum in your sign, but you can trust that its doing so will ensure what has been unclear will become clearer very soon.

Capricorn Dec 22 - Jan 20 This week, you're encouraged to look at a situation you believe to be set in stone, done and dusted and offering no room for maneuver. Your attitude is understandable because you've tried to find ways to make progress and encountered obstacles and restrictions. An opportunity to make progress is about to reveal itself. That's why it's important you keep an open mind and remain optimistic. Life still exists in something and Jupiter's forward movement in your relationships sector is about to confirm this.

Leo Jun 24 - Aug 23 If someone's child walked up to you in a supermarket and kicked you on your knee, how would you react? Many people would be angry at such behavior and opt to blame the parent(s). Would you though consider why the child had behaved in such a way? We tend to react instantly in some ways and fail to look beyond a situation at what caused it. This week, it is your willingness to look beyond a situation at the root or cause that will bring about the most noticeable change. You are probably right about most things. There is something you might not be right about now.

Aquarius Jan 21 - Feb 19 Curiosity apparently proved fatal for a certain feline. How unfortunate for the cat. All he or she wanted to do was push a boundary in terms of advancing their knowledge about something, or a situation. Don't let this tale put you off exploring something now. There is something you need to find out more about, a situation that offers more in the way of questions than answers. This week, it is your curiosity that will bring about an interesting and helpful revelation. All you need to do is be willing to explore what you have previously regarded as 'unexplorable'..

Virgo Aug 24 - Sep 23 An issue appears to exist surrounding how you feel you should be reacting or responding to a situation and how someone else feels you should be reacting or responding. You know, in your heart, why your responses are what they are. You are aware of limitations and restrictions that exist and affect you that you-know-who is probably not as aware of or might even be choosing to ignore. This week, stick with what you know feels right. You can't go wrong if you do and can also do much to alleviate tension where it is needed.

Pisces Feb 20 - Mar 20 Years ago, 'bigger' was considered 'better'. People accepted that, if some things were larger, they were more impressive or powerful. Then, along came the Micro Age. Suddenly, we became impressed with what was smaller and saw benefits surrounding how smaller could actually be more helpful. This week, don't become preoccupied with wishing something in your world was more substantial, extensive or plentiful. You'll soon appreciate how less really can be more. You don't need nearly as much of something as you believe you do.

February 2012 (Steele replacing Nemeth, Rosser taking over from Rockwell-Scott, and Hammond joining the band) delayed recording progress. The resulting album was completed in early 2013, and was released as Keep Moving in March under Stockdale's name, and not that of Wolfmother. Balinese cuisine is a cuisine tradition of Balinese people from the volcanic island of Bali. Part of Indonesian cuisine, it demonstrates indigenous traditions, as well as influences from other Indonesian regional cuisine, Chinese and Indian. The island's inhabitants are predominantly Hindu and culinary traditions are somewhat distinct with the rest of Indonesia, with festivals and religious celebrations including many special foods prepared as the offerings for the deities, as well as other dishes consumed communally during the celebrations. Rice is almost always consumed as a staple accompanied with vegetables, meat and seafood. Pork, chicken, fruit, vegetables and seafood are widely utilized, however just like most of Hindus, beef is never or rarely consumed. Bali is a popular tourist destination, and the area has quite a lot of cooking schools with daily courses of Balinese cuisine. Night markets, warungs (food stands), and fruit vendors sell local delicacies. Festivals include ornately prepared foods as part of the celebrations. As a popular tourist area, many westernized foods are also available as well as other regional ethnic cuisines. Dishes Balinese foods include lawar (chopped coconut, garlic, chilli, with pork or chicken meat and blood), Bebek betutu (duck stuffed with spices, wrapped in

banana leaves and coconut husks cooked in a pit of embers), Balinese sate known as sate lilit made from spiced mince pressed onto skewers which are often lemon grass sticks, Babi guling also known as celeng guling (a spit-roasted pig stuffed with chilli, turmeric, garlic, and ginger) In Bali, the mixed rice is called nasi campur Bali or simply nasi Bali. The Balinese nasi campur version of mixed rice may have grilled tuna, fried tofu, cucumber, spinach, tempe, beef cubes, vegetable curry, corn, chili sauce on the bed of rice. Mixed rice is often sold by street vendors, wrapped in a banana leaf. Betutu is eaten in Bali as well as Lombok, and West Nusa Tenggara. It is a roasted poultry dish (chicken or duck) with spices. Lawar is a traditional vegetable and meat dish in Bali Vegetable and meat dish served with rice. It consists of shredded unripe jackfruit, young banana flower, a liberal amount of pork rind bits, raw pig blood. These are mashed with herbs such as lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, shallots, and garlic. Babi guling is a Balinese-style roast pork comparable to Hawaiian luau-style pig. Other common Indonesian dishes are easily found, such as tempe and tofu are used. Sambal dishes are also served. Bakso, a meatball or meat paste made from beef surimi, can also be found.

PROPERTY OWNERSHIP IN INDONESIA As a foreigner, there is a number of ways that can lead to you owning your dream property in Bali. The best option for you will depend on your personal situation, the type of property, risk factors and the type of investment model. Even though it states in Indonesian law that foreigners are not allowed to hold a 'freehold' land title, there are ways that have been in practice for a number of years that enable foreigners to control a freehold title indirectly or to hold a leasehold title in their own name. RIGHT OF USE (HAK PAKAI) This is the right of use over state-owned (crown land) or property owned by public or private persons/entities for a specific purpose for (generally) a finite period and occasionally for an indefinite period. This land right may not be sold, exchanged or transferred unless explicitly state in an agreement. Hak pakai may be held by and Indonesian

individual or entity. Or foreigner permanently domiciled in Indonesia, or a foreign legal entity with a representative office in Indonesia such as foreign Banks, embassies, etc. NOMINEE SYSTEM FOR HAK MILIK This structure is a regularly practiced procedure in Indonesia, whereby the foreigner nominates and Indonesian representative to acquire the land and to hold the 'freehold' title (Hak Milik) on behalf of the foreigner. Ownership of the land is transferred from the previous owner to the Indonesian nominee. The foreigner and the Indonesian nominee then sign an agreement which recognizes the Indonesian nominee as the legal owner of the property whilst declaring the foreigner as the rightful owner of the property. This agreement denotes that the Indonesian nominee will carry out any directives from the foreigner regarding the land. This agreement must always be concluded in the presence of a public notary.
