Dear Potential New Member,

On behalf of the Panhellenic Association, welcome to the University of Kansas! I am thrilled that you have taken an interest in our primary recruitment experience. Our 11 chapters are made up of over 2,000 individuals from all over the country with the desire to make a difference in the world around them. Each person within our community is celebrated for their differences, perspectives, ideas, and contributions to the University of Kansas and beyond.

On a personal note, during my time in high school, I never thought joining a sorority would be in my future. Coming to KU as an outof-state student was daunting, and I was unsure of how I was ever going to find “my people” on such a large campus. I took a leap of faith and participated in Panhellenic recruitment, just to give it a chance. As I move into my senior year of college, I can truthfully say that this experience has allowed me to grow in my confidence, foster lifelong friendships, and discover my own leadership abilities. Being a part of a Panhellenic chapter has been an incredibly rewarding experience and it is my greatest hope that you find your home in one of our amazing chapters as well.
