Commitment to Equity, Inclusion, Diversity & Access
During this term, the Panhellenic council has strived to stress the importance of education regarding equity, inclusion, diversity, and access-related conversations. In doing so, the EIDA committee meets bi-weekly to discuss and write about how to grow as a Panhellenic community. There are still areas where improvement is needed, but it sometimes takes time to ensure an equitable and inclusive space. It is essential to recognize the truth of past privileges deep-rooted in these organizations, and growing from that needs to be better for all future members.
