AUG.17 Sisterhood

For this round, the maximum number of chapters that a PNM will have the chance to visit is five. These 40 minute events will center around friendship and daily life as a chapter member Chapters will also host house tours on this day, and will be giving financial transparency presentations regarding their member dues. Ask questions about social events, living in the chapter house, and anything else that you need to know before preferencing. Going from five chapters to two is a big difference, so be intentional and authentic in your decision making!

AUG.18 Preference

For this round, the maximum number of chapters that a PNM will have the chance to visit is two, Preference Day rounds are 60 minutes long and are all about finding where you feel the best connection Each chapter will hold ceremonies unique to their own values and traditions. This is a very sentimental time to many chapter members, and you will hopefully get a sense of the bonds and sisterhood within each chapter This day will bring a close to your recruitment week and will bring you closer to where you belong Be yourself, trust your gut and ask any last questions you may have.

AUG.19 Bid Day

Rounds are over, you have finished preferencing, and now it's finally time to find out which chapter is yours to call home! All PNMs will arrive at a specified area with their recruitment groups, and each will receive a sealed envelope. There will be a designated time to open your envelopes to reveal your Bid Card, and also to find out which chapters your Rho Gammas belong to. After opening your envelope, you will gather around your chapter's designated area and go to the chapter's Bid Day festivities Plan on wearing solid colors and comfortable bottoms and undergarments Head to our Pinterest for more ideas regarding outfits.
