Recruitment is a special experience to build connections, meet new people, and find your lifelong sisters. Although it is special, it can still be nerve-wracking and that is perfectly normal and okay! Your recruitment counselor (rho gamma) is there for you during the ups and downs of recruitment. The rho gammas have removed themselves from their chapter, to be an unbiased, confidential, and a neutral resource for you during the process. The rho gammas have been thoroughly interviewed, selected, and trained to be a strong unbiased support system for you. They are so excited to be your cheerleader not just through recruitment but leading up to it, to help you prepare, and afterwards! They want to build a friendship with you and be there to support you emotionally and mentally Once you have signed up for recruitment, a rho gamma will reach out to you and help you prepare for August!
