Camille Adcock Associate of Science IN medical Assisting Science, Student Missouri

In February 2014, my spouse, SGT. Shane T. Adcock deployed overseas for a year. We had two children under two and were in our early twenties, still kids ourselves. This experience took us further physically but closer together, mentally and emotionally. We became more independent on our own but more focused on one another. It was one of the most challenging experiences, but it was humbling knowing that so many military families experience deployment. The picture I have attached is of when he returned. We are so fortunate that he and his military family returned safely, as many do not. Thank you to all those who serve and their families! Spouse: SGT. Shane T. Adcock E6 US Army

Zoe Skyy

Master of Science in Education, Student Florida • Ladies and gentlemen, Imagine the audacity: at the ripe age of 21, I made a deliberate and, some might say, quite intentional decision to join the military. It wasn't a spur-of-the-moment choice but a conscious step toward something greater, a commitment to serve and a determination to chart a purposeful course for my life. Today, as a proud student of Keiser University, I look back at that intentional choice with gratitude. I want to express my heartfelt thanks for not only providing me with an exceptional educational opportunity but also for the profound recognition of my military service. Those intentional years in uniform molded me, instilling discipline and purpose that now propel me forward in my quest to become an educator. Your acknowledgment of veterans at Keiser University adds a layer of pride to this intentional journey, and I'm truly grateful for the part you play in this significant chapter of my life.
