Please note we cannot do half orders for hot hors d’oeuvres.

❚ The quantity of hors d’oeuvres needed for an event will vary depending on the time of day and the duration of the event. As a general rule, you will need 6-10 pieces per person for the first hour and 4-6 thereafter. ❚ Options with the “Perfect for Passing” note are exactly that! An excellent choice if you would like to o er hors d’oeuvres passed by catering attendants during your reception.
