H IG H SCHOOL Lettered two years for coach Elaine Pardee at Washb urn Rural HS in Topeka, Kan.. . Helped the Junior B lues to leagu e championships in 2010 and 2012.. . Her team was also the state runn er-up in 2010 and 2012... Named the Kansas Swimmer of the State Meet in 2010 after winning the 5 0m and 5 00m freestyle ch ampionships... Received the same distinction in 2012 when sh e won the 200m and 500m freestyle championships and set state records for both of th ose events... Left Washburn Rural with school records in the 50-yard, 100-yard, 200-yard and 500-yard freestyle, as well as the 100-yard fly. . . A member of the National Honor Society. . . Swam for the Topeka Swim Association club team, under coach Paul Monroe.
