Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir mixture. Watch your back. Continue to microwave until mixture starts to boil (about 1 more minute). Don't confuse the microwave's beeping noise with your cat's bell. He is dead, everything else is just superstition. Remove oatmeal from microwave and stir. Watch your back again. Cover and let set for 2 minutes. Remove and stir in sugar and spice. Serve warm with additional milk if desired.
