Designed for new members and those who are new to strength training, we cover the basics to ensure that you know how to use select strength and cardiovascular machines in a safe manner. Due to limited space, advance sign-up is required, 24 hours in advance. Min 1; Max 4

Individual Training Are you having trouble reaching your goals? Do you want a fitness program designed specifically for your needs? You will achieve a higher level of fitness by working with one of our highly qualified personal trainers. All of our personal trainers hold nationally recognized certifications and/or have college degrees in the exercise science fields.

Take your fitness to the next level in a fun, small group environment, with your friends or family. Groups can be between 3–6 members. Monthly package prices are per person. Members only.

Private Group Boot Camp Gather your friends and family to create your own group workout at a great rate! Boot Camp packages consist of 18 workouts over a 6-week cycle of 3 workouts per week, with a duration of 50 minutes each. Group can be between 5–9 people. Prices are per person. Min. 5; Max. 9 18 SESSIONS. ALL AGES WELCOME!
