From beginning swimmers to triathletes, our professional aquatic instructors can provide the skills and support you need in the pool! Whether you want to improve your stroke or build your confidence, teen/adult swim lessons are a great place to start. LEVEL 2 – FUNDAMENTAL AQUATIC SKILLS KROC SWIM INSTRUCTOR, AQUATIC CENTER Introduction to fundamental swimming skills. Must be able to submerge face and head under water comfortably, blow bubbles, push off the wall for 1 to 2 body lengths to an instructor, float on front and back with limited support, and kick feet in an alternating motion. JUNIOR SWIM PROGRAM COACH QUINN LANTING, COMPETITION POOL A one-hour swimming workout for young Olympians at heart. Junior Swim incorporates stroke drills, kicking sets, distance sets, relay technique, sprints, and race starts. Primary focus is on freestyle, but all strokes are utilized. Must be able to swim 200 yards. Min. 8; Max. 16 NO. OF SESSIONS VARIES. AGES 5 & UP. $40 PER MONTH/$10 SINGLE DAY CLASS #

Try out for the Kroc swim club! Learn fundamental to advanced competitive swimming skills and compete in sanctioned USA Swimming meets with our parent swim club, Hawaii Swim Club. Min. 4; Max. 15 NO. OF SESSIONS VARIES. AGE 5 & UP. $65 USA-SWIMMING REGISTRATION FEE + $90 PER MONTH/$10 SINGLE DAY. DISCOUNTS DO NOT APPLY.

Must be able to swim the following strokes for a distance of 25 yards: front crawl and elementary backstroke. Must be able to tread water without support, and back float for 30 seconds unsupported. PLAY, LEARN, SWIM! XANADETTE SORDILLIA-COZO, AQUATIC CENTER Parents are welcome to join us for a morning water play group. We will be utilizing the play structure area, and will introduce nursery rhymes and toys to build toddlers’ comfortability with the water.
