I’m a very hard working, determined individual who strives for the best product throughout the process from design conception up to final construction. I’m continuing to learn and develop skills necessary to achieve excellence in the architectural community. I’ve received a handful of AIA design awards for the projects that I have been a part of and received 3rd place in a large open design competition. I’ve continued to find success in my career to this point and I want to keep pushing myself to explore, innovate, and strive for what I really believe in. Architecture is a profession that has endless possibilities as we are trained as thinkers first and foremost. As professionals , we have the ability to pursue many different opportunities which is why I am so passionate about what I do and can bring to the table.
I think and believe that asking questions is the best way to achieve these goals of design excellence, building professional relationships, and engaging our profession. There is still so much for me to learn, and I’m absolutely willing to jump in anywhere and everywhere.

The art of ideating evolves through many different forms speaking to your craft and dedication for finding the beautiful solution. Not one method is better than another but through many the outcome evolves into something greater than just a building or sculpture and becomes something that is desired by all.

The discipline of construction is continually evolving and we, as architects and designers, must work as a team with the people who are creating our art. I’ve found by working with and not against others, I not only continue to learn more, but respect given by all parties creates an more successful end product. We are all people in the end and listening and contributing in a professional manner, more meaningful and last relationships are developed in the end.

The Design Process from paper to computer, model to digital, digital to construction is an art form of itself. A process that takes creative thinking, craft, determination, and patience. It is, and should never be a linear process to achieve the best and most elegant solution.
