WHAT’S NEXT
The vision of the What’s Next program is to see 100% of our teens on track to graduate from high school with a plan for a future they deserve. The Boys & Girls Club will accomplish that by focusing on Motivation, Academic Readiness, Post-Secondary Option Exploration, Health Education, Self-Discovery and ‘A’ali’i (resilience), Life Skills, and Workforce Development & Exploration. The “What’s Next Initiative”, is a case management program that mentors BGCH youth in cohorts, beginning in the 8th grade through to high school graduation and beyond, utilizing a 5-year curriculum with integrative designing, implementation, training and re-evaluation.
